In this paper, non-enzymatic glucose sensors were fabricated based on one dimensional nanowires and two dimensional nanosheets. The main works are introduced as follows:1. Cu NWs were fabricated using hydrothermal method. The as-prepared Cu NWs mixed with multi-walled carbon nanotube (MWCNTs) were used for glucose detection.2. MoS2nanosheet was fabricated by mixed-solvent liquid exfoliation method and functionalized with Cu nanoparticles and Ni nanoparticles, respectively. Then these hybrids were modified on glass carbon electrode for glucose detection.Electrochemical experiment tests showed that these materials exhibited rapid response time, high sensitivity and wide linear range in the process of amperometric detection of glucose. Anti-interference test indicated the common interferences such as ascorbic acid (AA), uric acid (UA) and dopamine (DA) only had negligible influence on these sensors. The successful application of our sensors to the detection of glucose in human serum samples demonstrated that our sensors had prospect of practical application.
