Intense vibrations appear during the running of compressor for refrigerating unit,causing a serious impact on the surrounding environment and high energy consumption. Sothe research on refrigeration unit compressor vibration isolation technology is veryimportant.Based on the basic theory of vibration and the principle of vibration isolation control,taking the compressor vibration isolation of refrigerating unit as the research object, themechanical model of monolayer and bilayer vibration isolation device, on the basis ofwhich the theoretical calculation and analysis are carried on, has been established in thispaper. The analysis of the effects on different vibration isolation systems with differentparameters and the parameter design of monolayer and bilayer vibration isolation deviceare obtained. Through the analysis, the conclusion can be acquired that the vibrationisolation effect of bilayer system is far better than monolayer.According to the calculated results, the finite element models of monolayer andbilayer vibration isolation system are built. Through the dynamic analysis on thefoundation of ANSYS, including modal analysis and harmonic response analysis, thenature frequencies, modal shapes and the responses of different systems are received.Through the design and installation of the vibration isolation system, the impacttesting and signature testing of the systems, with no vibration isolation device, monolayerand bilayer device, have been done to obtain the result of modal parameters and vibrationresponses. In addition, the testing of the bilayer vibration isolation system with differentmiddle mass leads us a conclusion that the system with a big middle mass has a bettervibration isolation effect. And through the data processing, it is obvious that the bilayersystem has a better vibration isolation effect than monolayer system and its naturefrequencies lie far away from the resonance frequencies, not easy to result in resonance.The methods in this paper on theory calculation, finite element analysis and testanalysis provide a reference for further study. The results of the study on vibration andnoise reduction of the compressor for refrigerating unit provides a theoretical andexperimental basis for further more in-depth research.
