At present, the project management has been introduced in a number of areas in China, butwithin the institute, project management has not been well implemented. With the promotion ofnational reform in investigation and design industry, how to enhance the institute’s economicbenefits, the enterprise management of design institute, is one of the important aspect of projectmanagement, how to better promote project management model, through the benefit comes frommanagement, it is very important to the establishment of efficient project management team.This paper through case research method, based on the literature summary, deeply dugcase evidence, through deeply analysis and summarize it is concluded the last researchconclusions.
