The construction project is the core of construction enterprise management.As the main body of the project implementation,the project team is the executor of the enterprise’s business objectives,systems and strategies,and supports the sustainable development of the enterprise.Construction enterprises are generally large but not strong,extensive management,"information barriers" between enterprises and projects,backward organization methods,and low-quality workers.In the context of the transformation of construction enterprises,how to achieve sustained development and maintain competitiveness? This article combines Organizational behavior,Project management Theory and related knowledge of Organization Theory to conduct research.The main content and conclusions of the article are as follows:(1)Define the connotation of the effectiveness of the construction project team,and evaluate the effectiveness of the team for 14 construction projects under construction.The questionnaire was designed Design based on literature analysis.Use exploratory factor analysis to define the connotation and structural dimensions of the construction project team effectiveness,use each factor score and comprehensive factor score to evaluate the effectiveness of the 14 project teams,and analyze through interviews and field investigations the reason for the difference.The results show that the team effectiveness includes three measurement dimensions: situational perception,individual behavior shaping,and task performance,with a total of 12 measurement indicators.(2)Analyze the team effectiveness influencing factors of the construction project,and construct a model of the influencing factors of the team effectiveness.Based on grounded theoretical qualitative research methods,combined with the connotation of team effectiveness,a semi-structured interview outline was designed.Through semistructured in-depth interviews with 19 project managers,the interview text data totaling approximately 180,000 words were collected,And explore the cognitive differences of different job types;on the basis of grounded theory coding,explore its internal relationship paths,and build a construction project team effectiveness factor model.The results show that the influencing factors of construction project team effectiveness include organizational support,leadership ability and characteristics,and team capability.Contains a total of 15 measurement indicators.Among them,team ability,leadership ability and characteristics have a direct impact on team effectiveness.organizational support directly affects team effectiveness.on the other hand,indirectly affects team effectiveness by acting on leadership and characteristics and team capabilities.(3)Use the structural equation model to verify the research hypothesis model of the factors affecting the effectiveness of the construction project team,and discuss its key influencing factors.Finally,368 sample data of valid questionnaires were obtained through questionnaire design,and the questionnaire recovery rate was 75.6%.Empirical research methods are used to verify and discuss the research hypothesis model.From the results of path impact analysis,organizational support has the most significant impact on team effectiveness among the three influencing factors,followed by leadership and characteristic and team capability.Combining the standardized path coefficients,the observation indicators of 10 key influencing factors are obtained.(4)Discuss how to improve the effectiveness of the construction project team from the corporate organization level and the team level."Information barriers" should be broken between the enterprise and the project.The enterprise organization and the project team need to work together to gradually improve the organizational structure,system,process,and culture in the project practice process,so as to better serve the project management and project team level.Discussed from the four aspects of pre-construction planning,leadership,team ability and project information feedback,in order to improve the effectiveness of the team and ensure the sustainable and stable development of construction enterprises.
