Study On Cultural And Creative Industries Space Design Problem Based On The Historic Building’s Reutilizing Of Taipei

Nowadays, China’s city renewal process is moving on at an unprecedented speed,under such circumstances, historic building’s reutilizing is accordingly becoming anew opportunity. The rise of culture creative industry and historic building’sreutilizing have been expedited along with the update and adjustment on city industrystructure and the used earth structure.Based on this researching which learning and holding the relative background inglobal, this thesis is trying to analyse deeply on the successful particular case ofTaiwan for the reuse of historic buildings as cultural and creative space, especially inTaipei, not only explore and update the entire strategy, design and practical method,but also sum it up. Therefore, we try to combine theory and practice as the two mainlines, discussing the possible and reasonable project for Taipei.For the Historic building’s reutilizing project, we conducted research andinvestigation on the spot, including aspects such as background for old structure,developing style, location for project, improving strategy and improving method etc,also with studying on the latest mode of Taipei: Urban Regeneration Station(URS).So that we can search for the best updated method to design and practice. For thereuse of historic buildings as cultural and creative space, meanwhile, an attempt tosummarize the morphology of such space design and design elements. Generallyspeaking, this thesis attempted to provide a reference for the practice of cultural andcreative industries space for other regions of our country.
