| High-speed railway from Beijing to Shanghai has opened to traffic in the end ofJune2011; this indicates that China has entered a period of great development of thehigh-speed railway. In order to seize the opportunities for development and promoteurban construction actively, the planning and construction of high-speed rail Park,in the vicinity of the high-speed rail station, become a viable way of the greatbenefits of urban construction. For small and medium-sized cities along, itsconstruction is a large area land and higher standards, so that it is seen as a newgrowth pole of the urban development. However, the related field of theoreticalresearch on the "High Speed Rail Metro planning is not perfect in our country. In thiscase, How to take appropriate urban functions to stimulate economic development?How to determine the scale of development scientifically and use of land developmentefficiently? How to space layout legitimately so as to guide the healthy andsustainable development of the city? These problems have become the core issues ofthe overall plan of the High Speed Rail Park.This paper summarizes the theory of high-speed rail station related to thedevelopment of the surrounding areas and expounds the general method. Meanwhile itstudies practice case about the planning and construction of the world’s advancedhigh-speed rail station in surrounding areas. In addition, it analyzes and summarizesthe successful experience in the planning and construction of high-speed rail Metro.Furthermore, it summarizes the mechanism of development for the vicinity ofhigh-speed rail station affected by the high-speed rail starting from the point of viewof the overall urban planning. Then, it introduces the perspective of small andmedium-sized cities, suburban high iron Metro, focusing on the ideas and methodsof the nature of the city, the size of the population and industry positioning in thepremise of defining the relevant concepts clearly.After the theoretical study, the paper chooses the high-speed rail Park ofTengzhou to validate the conclusions of the study. First, it introduces developmentbackground and basic information concerning high-speed rail Park of Tengzhou.Secondly,it researches the nature of the city,the size of the population and industrypositioning about high-speed rail Park of Tengzhou, and comes to the conclusion,gives the appropriate planning strategies. Finally,it introduces the exemplification of research on urban space in terms of land use, landscaping and transportationsystems, etc. This makes an applied research in order to combine theory withpractice which can improve the research reliability. |
