Finite element analysis of modern engineering design in a fast, efficient tool.In a vehicle seat structure design, which to improve the automobile seat static performance and optimization of structure of seat design, shorten the development period of newcar, saving the development cost, and has important meaning for.The finite element technique is applied to the structure of the car seat analysis, put forward to improve an opinion, so that the seat structure can meet the requirements of strength and rigidity, has become an important part in the design of automobile seat.In this design we have no conditions to the real car seat to do the analysis.So we will be in the computer to simulate the working condition analysis.The first use of3D modeling software to establish the model car, and then the model into the analysis software simulation and analysis, results, analysis and improvement.This design I use the solid works to model, and then into the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench12.0simulation and analysis.Using3D software and the finite element analysis software to design, only the seat were modeled, and the finite element model based on the simple, static analysis, modal analysis.
