| With the rapid development of science and service technology in today’s era,quality management is regarded as the leading development goal in the strategies of major enterprises.At the same time,people’s living standards have generally improved significantly,with the continuous development of market economy.People’s consumption concept of quality occupies an increasing proportion,and even prefer to buy high-quality products rather than low-quality products.Product quality is the life of an enterprise and the basis of enhancing its core competitiveness.With the transformation and development of the automotive industry,the quality of spare parts are the most important.Quality management plays an increasingly important role in modern enterprise management.The research object of this paper is Company A,which is in the position of tier 1 supplier in the automobile industry supply chain.The quality of its products depends not only on the maturity of its internal quality control,but also on the quality management of tire N suppliers.In this paper,the quality data is collected from eight current projects of A company.With an arrangement chart,the biggest factor and main problem affecting the product quality of A company’s automobile seat are identified,that is,the seat trim cover which accounts for 41%of the total.Then,using the quality management analysis method,fish-bone diagram,from six aspects of 5M1E(Manpower,Machine,Material,Method,Measurement,Environment.)factors to analysis the affecting of the quality during product process.This paper analyzed the fundamental reasons of quality problems of seat trim cover in the operation of A company.The countermeasures for improving the quality of car seats in Company A can be summarized as follows:in terms of Manpower quality management skills,organizing the training of the whole staff quality management system,improving the professional skills of employees,and improving the staff reward and punishment management system.In terms of machine management,attention should be paid to the maintenance and management of production equipment,as well as the timely planning of the replacement of old and new equipment,so as to ensure the accuracy and stability of equipment in the production process.In material management,we should standardize the inventory management of self-made parts and strictly control the material selection and process management of purchased parts.From the point of view of management method,the development and design process of seat trim cover products is optimized,and the management responsibility of issuing documents is proposed in detail.In order to improve the site environment,it is necessary to strictly implement the 5S management system to ensure the cleanliness of the production workshop of seat products and the requirements of spare parts protection.In the aspect of measurement management,we need to pay more attention to the hierarchical management of testing instruments and make plans for periodic inspection and calibration.It is hoped that through the case study of the quality improvement of car seats in Company A,this paper can provide countermeasures for the quality management personnel of Company A to improve the quality.It is also hoped that it can be used as a reference for the quality management of other major and small companies in the automotive industry. |
