| With the development and progress of the equipment condition monitoring andfault diagnosis technology, the maintenance based condition is making progress in thepromotion and application based on equipment condition evaluation. The maintenancebased condition mainly includes three contents: equipment state monitoring, operatingstatus diagnosis and maintenance decision-making. It can be determined whether theequipment is in need of repair and what kind of maintenance by he monitoring anddiagnosis of equipment state, and reasonable equipment condition evaluation is heprecondition of carrying out condition-maintenance. Maintenance decision is to makedecisions when to maintenance both related to the operational status of equipment andthe reliability of power grid reliability. Meteorological environment is the main factor toaffect the equipment operating status and maintenance operations. The maintenance riskis different under different meteorological conditions. It is necessary to determine thereliability of equipment and systems in the meteorological environment under themaintenance period. To make a reasonable maintenance program, thereby reducing theinfluence of maintenance operations on the grid reliability. Based on this, the Researchof condition-maintenance of electrical equipment under meteorological environment isas follows:On the basis of the existing condition evaluation of electric power equipment, thepaper deal with the basic weight value according to the actual indicators of theevaluation factors, and highlight the impact of the serious deterioration of indicators onthe evaluation results. A fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of power equipmentbased on variable weight is established using fuzzy theory, to reduce the subjectivity ofthe evaluation process. The method can makes the evaluation results more reasonable,more accurately to determine maintenance equipment.The risk of electric power equipment maintenance and the rest of equipmentreliability are closely related. In this paper, the nonlinear factors such as meteorologicalenvironment are introduced into the research of fault rate. Firstly, the method makesfuzzy clustering for meteorological parameters sequence in the history sample data.Meteorological conditions of the same class have high similarity, and the failure occursof power equipment in this kind of weather conditions is similar. And based on the cluster analysis, the method makes grey relational analysis on the meteorologicalcharacteristics in the similar sequence, to calculate the failure rate of equipment underweather conditions in maintenance period.Based on the aforementioned condition evaluation to determine repair equipmentand the failure rate prediction model, the paper proposes a decision-making model fordistribution network short-term maintenance schedule with meteorologicalenvironmental factors and grid reliability. The model considers that weather changing isinfluence to maintenance activities and failure rate of the equipment, and takes theconstraints of maintenance procedures, maintenance capacity, and the meteorologicalenvironmental and grid structure in account. The minimum loss of network maintenanceis proposed as the optimization objective. Genetic algorithm is applied to optimize therepaired equipments’ maintenance schedule in the entire maintenance period, in order toreduce the impact of maintenance work on the grid running reliability. |
