The Construction Of Community Type Rural Complex Model In Chengdu Based On Rural Cooperative

With the development of the construction of beautiful countryside in China,rural leisure tourism has entered the era of the whole people.However,the current rural leisure tourism products and the rapid growth of rural leisure tourism demand do not match.In this context,all over the country began to actively carry out research and Practice on the planning and construction of rural pastoral complex,which has become one of the important ways to realize the transformation and upgrading of rural leisure tourism.However,at present,the theoretical research on the rural complex mainly focuses on the planning of creative agriculture and agricultural sightseeing park.The research on the evaluation system,model classification and construction strategy of the rural complex is relatively small,which is an urgent problem in this field.This paper takes the existing typical rural complex in Chengdu as the research object,introduces the coupling coordination degree theory to the research of rural complex,constructs the evaluation index system of Chengdu rural complex and rural cooperative through the coupling coordination evaluation analysis method and weight analysis method,then uses entropy method to divide and analyze the model types of rural complex,and then carries on the comprehensive evaluation value The results are applied to the analysis of the coupling and coordinated development relationship between the rural complex and the rural cooperative development system in Chengdu.On this basis,the community-based rural complex model of Chengdu is finally constructed.Through the research,the following conclusions are drawn:（1）build the evaluation index system of Chengdu rural complex and rural cooperative.By using a variety of mathematical statistics methods to screen and determine the indicators,an evaluation index system consisting of 10 indicators is constructed.（2）This paper divides the existing typical types of rural complex in Chengdu.According to the results of entropy weight proportion,combined with the advantages of the mode,the three rural complexes of Duoli farm,Sansheng Flore Township and Tianfuyuan in Chengdu are divided into three types of modes: Agricultural creativity and agricultural experience mode,suburban modern agricultural sightseeing park mode,cultural innovation driven three industry integration development mode.（3）At present,there are some problems in Chengdu rural complex.The development of various rural complex models in Chengdu has certain coupling and coordination,but at present,there are still some problems as follows: first,the degree of land intensification and use is not high,and the industrial development is the main one;second,the participation of farmers in production and life is not high,the urban consumer groups are the main one,and the livability and industry of rural residents are not considered as a whole;third,the operation and management are difficult,and foreign enterprises are not considered as a whole It is difficult to manage and maintain the sustainable development of the complex for a long time.（4）Based on the rural comprehensive society of Chengdu community type rural complex model construction.Through the evaluation of the coupling coordination degree of Chengdu rural complex and rural cooperative,with the help of the screening results of its index system and the classification results of the model categories of Chengdu rural complex,according to the final evaluation score,the community factors of rural cooperative are selected and determined,according to the landscape attraction core,leisure gathering area,agricultural production area,residential development belt and community supporting network Based on the standard structure system of rural complex and the integration of all levels of factors,a community-based rural complex model is constructed...
