The Improvement And Implementation Of The BLX Company Equipment Maintenance Management System

Growth of Chinese economic has attracted worldwide attention which mainlyconcentrated in a number of labor-intensive enterprises, but the overall level is stilllow. In the area of high-tech technology is still in the relatively backward status,especially in the degree of precision of the production and processing technology isfar behind the developed countries, which mainly depends on the level of ourequipment management. More than90%of BLX’s equipment imported fromGermany and Japan; Only few of it came from the localization in the last three years.However the quality of products and stability of domestic equipment iscomprehensively short of a grade to foreign countries. Equipment management ofcompany has a very important significance.This paper learn and absorption the outcome of TnPM（Total NormalizedProductive Maintenance）, a preliminary study of TnPM applications in themaintenance management field of BLX company’s production equipment, and wehope that it could turned into reality early in the future for the implementation of themanagement. And the main contents are as follows:l、We analyzes some improvements of equipment maintenance in the BLXcompany to make a relative analysis existing for different aspects of the problem.2、Related to the assessment of the feasibility of implementing for the BLXTnPM work from three aspects below:1) to establish a standardized devicemanagement philosophy;2) to establish a standardized system of employee growth;3)to strengthen equipment maintenance management information work. Through theimplementation of these basic works, the promotion of TnPM’s implementation inBLX will be more smooth, more competitive in the future.There is a combination of theoretical studies and practical applications in thispaper, and the basis of the work carried out to achieve, theoretically maintaincomprehensive standardized production equipment maintenance and make targetedfor possible problems in the process of implementation, Although domestic discproduction enterprises is still in its infancy, but we have reason to believe TnPMtheory and methods applied to the BLX company equipment maintenance areas arefeasible. There are still many works to be further improvement in the breadth anddepth of this work because of limited time and limited knowledge structure of myresearch experience, and experience and my understanding of related fields at homeand abroad in the process of this study, also in the implementation process of the need for further research and verification. Knowledge learning and understanding of TnPM,as well as practice proved many domestic enterprises after TnPM improvedimplementation; create new glories achieved greater progress. Therefore, we learnedmore and more in order to be invincible in the future of the enterprise competition,introduction of advanced management concepts need as soon as possible, that is, assoon as possible to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, scientific equipmentmaintenance management.
