| With the continuous increase of domestic demand for electrical energy,the importance of pumped storage power stations has also become increasingly apparent.The pumped-storage hydroelectricity,an important part of the power system,operates in a very unique way,as it provides dynamic functions such as peak regulation and valley filling,rotation reserve,accident reserve,frequency regulation and phase regulation for the normal operation of the power system,and increases the safety,stability and flexibility of the whole power system operation.It also has important significance in improving the quality of power supply.The machinery and equipment of pumped-storage hydroelectricity is complex and technology-intensive.How to maintain the normal operation of power generation system efficiently and reduce the production cost is an important problem that managers must face.This thesis takes Wendeng pumped-storage hydroelectricity as the research object,and adopts the literature review method,the field survey statistical analysis method and the theoretical analysis method,respectively.The problems existing in the maintenance of Wendeng pumped-storage hydroelectricity are analyzed and summarized.The problems such as unbalanced maintenance force,maintenance quality and reliability,maintenance schedule,maintenance of thrust bearing of pumped-storage power plant and the prevention of magnetic vibration of generator are found.In view of the above-mentioned problems,this paper puts forward a maintenance operation improvement scheme with "reliability" as the center,through the selection and information collection of pumped storage units,functional failure analysis,failure tree analysis,effect and critical analysis,etc.,the original maintenance scheme is improved.Finally,through the scientific evaluation method,the maintenance and improvement effect of the Wendeng pumped-storage hydroelectricity was evaluated qualitatively and quantitatively.According to the evaluation of optimization effect,this paper proposes amaintenance operation model of pumped-storage hydroelectricity electric generator based on reliability,and proposes a corresponding management mechanism according to life cycle management,this paper puts forward the standardized and lean management requirements for the maintenance work of the pumped-storage hydroelectricity electric generator in Wendeng,that is,the maintenance work is modern and intelligent,and the maintenance work with fixed information can be automatically detected and the maintenance contents can be prompted,set up a big data platform,and upload the maintenance work content and operation rules of each pumped-storage hydroelectricity to the platform.The platform completes the automatic repair according to each system parameter,issues the technical modification order which needs to replace the equipment,and urges the business department to improve,achieving the standardization and efficiency of the entire maintenance work.The maintenance work plan of the pumped-storage Hydroelectricity Electric Generator proposed in this paper will be popularized in all equipment maintenance work in the Wendeng pumped-storage hydroelectricity,it also provides some reference for other pumped-storage hydroelectricity maintenance. |
