| Rapid development of the society and economy makes space quality divorcedfrom the urban design. By means of problem analysis, the lack of well-designedguidelines is the leading reason. Meanwhile, quantitative indicator plays anincreasingly important part during the urban design because of the social environment.This thesis mainly reaches on the urban design guidelines, using various methodssuchas case study, questionnaire inquiryand naturalscience and arrives at a solutionofoptimization which based on quantitative indicators to increase scientificity andhumanity of the urban design.Urban design guideline needs optimization to ensure its rationality duringconstructing process. Hierarchy is the substantive characteristic ofdesignguideline andalso the key point for optimization research. As the complex structure of the guidelinewe learnt through case analysis, natural scientific theories such asAHP, fuzzymathematics are needed to build an effective optimization.Optimization of the urban design guidelines construction based on quantitativeindicators include three processes: preparation process provides basic data andoperational framework; evaluation process offers method of selection by comparingvarious schemes; construction process is the converse using of the evaluation process,it can screen appropriate elements and factors based on basic data.Last, through construction process to acquire a framework and factors of thepractical project, and proves that the construction process is feasible and veryefficient. |
