In today, economic activities have increased frequently. Tremendous risks are allhidden in internal procurement and project implementation management and controlin our country. As a wireless value-added services as the core business of thecompany, how to effectively avoid professional decoration engineering risk、how tomanage project risk and how to control process risk in these capital expenditureeffectively is a new topic. Based on this, this paper has used project managementtheory and risk control theory with practice by case study of office decorationprocurement project Guangzhou FuLi center as an example, through literature searchoffice decoration procurement risk case, combined with the actual data obtained in theempirical analysis and the establishment of risk management and related modelsapplied to the office renovation project of Guangzhou FuLi Center for model fittingmethod in order to establish a set of suitable for this kind of decoration project riskmanagement and control system.The main contents of this paper include:The first part is introduction; itintroduced management theory the office of the decoration project risk. It hasintroduced the office decoration project risk management research background,research significance, research contents, research methods and framework. Thesecond part has analyzed influence factor of risk management about GuangzhouCompany center decoration. Through analyzing Wang Zhuo office renovation projectof digital Guangzhou bodied center, decoration procurement project is divided into sixstages, we have found out the factors which influence the risk management is riskmanagement main body、core、objectives and methods. The third part is to establishthe Guangzhou FuLi Center office deco ration project procurement riskmanagement model. This model is proposed based on WSR system comprehensiveintegration methodology model, it has determined purchasing process integration, riskmanagement objectives, risk management process, risk management and riskmanagement method integration basing on the WSR. The fourth part is to realize theGuangzhou FuLi Center office decoration project procurement risk managementmodel with the risk management process and the corresponding implementationresults is draw.The innovation of this paper lies in the combination between case study andliterature study in order to study on Guangzhou FuLi center decoration projectprocurement risk. On the various stages of risk management are analyzed. Using WBS method and integration method, the model of decoration project procurementrisk index is determined by using the WBS (work breakdown structure) and Delphi(the method of expert opinion) to identify risk, using the risk matrix analysis toassessment risk and establishing the establishment of control model to control risk.Byanalyzing risk indicators and data in procurement decoration project digitalGuangzhou FuLi center, the actual effect of correlation and the risk management ofthis model is established.The outcome of this paper included the theoretical outcome and practicaloutcome. The theoretical outcome of this article is on the basis of principle ofmanagement, the theory of project management and project risk management theoryto construct theory, risk identification, risk prevention, risk control mechanism.Practical outcome lies in through the analysis of enterprise office decoration projectcharacteristics, at the same time, based on the life cycle theory this article has carriedon the bidding and purchasing to implementation stage, the collection of relevantinformation, the risk recognition and risk factors analysis, the corresponding riskcontrol measures and achieve an available standard process in a similar projectreference.
