Comprehensive Supervision System And Application Research On Construction Projects

Construction project is an important basis of large-scale social production,high-quality construction project can promote the development of economic societyeffectively. At present, our country construction project is still in the development period, in"The12th Five-Year Plan", our country continues to increase investment in infrastructureconstruction, ensuring that the economy can develop steadily and quickly. The increasingproportion of investment system also demand high-quality project construction. And projectsupervision plays an important role in guaranteeing the quality.Therefore, to make sure theconstruction project supervision work effectively, promoting project supervision level,strengthening the project management and improve the quality of construction projects,creating a resource conserving and environmentally friendly project, all these are quiteimportant in promoting the supervision of the construction projects in our country.Using integrated model analysis and examples of the application method, the paperdiscusses the several characteristics, functions and implementations of construction projectsupervision, analyzing the problems existing in the project supervision in terms of the lack ofresearch of construction project integrated supervision and practice. According to the featuresof supervision project, the paper proposes to combine the five supervisions together:construction supervision, environment supervision, the supervision of water and soil ofconservation, safety supervision and financial supervision. Thus, it puts forward to build thecomprehensive supervision system.Based on the reconstruction project of the highway from Xi ’an to Tong chuan, the papermade an application research. The result shows that comprehensive supervision system canguide the project supervision efficiently, it can also promote the ability of construction projectsupervision, improving project management level, making the management project scientific,standard and systematic and ensuring the goals of project construction can be achieved.
