| The quality of the construction project is associated with social public interests,social stability and security of people’s life.With the consideration of increasing quality demand of residents,supervisions and managements for construction project quality are of significance.Supervisions and managements for construction project are participated by interdisciplinary institutes.It is of practical significance to improve the supervision and management for construction project quality.Based on the theory of quality supervision and management,this dissertation introduces formation process of quality,influencing factors of quality,concepts of quality supervision of construction project and frame work of current quality supervision process.Then the problems of quality supervision and management are analyzed and the concepts of fuzzy quality supervision and management are quantified.In order to find out drawbacks in the process of supervision and management,behaviors and operations of each main responsible institute are evaluated,which can be used to improve the efficiency of pratical supervision and management work.Based on theories of management statistics and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,48 factors are used to evaluate the quality supervision and management for construction projects.This dissertation evaluates the quality and behavior of participants by quantitative analysis methods.Some improvment ideas are also proposed to improve the efficiency of pratical supervision and management work.Finally,this dissertation applys the proposed methods to specific case and presents the evaluation process of quality management of construction project.Some key factors and strategies are proposed to improve the supervision and management for construction project quality. |
