Study On Bidding Risk Management Of Highway Supervision Project Of Company A

With the maturity of highway supervision market and the complexity of industry competition,bidding is one of the ways for supervision companies to compete for the market.In order to contract the project and obtain profits,it is necessary to strengthen bidding management and attach importance to bidding risk control.However,at present,the risk management of highway engineering at home and abroad is mostly studied from the aspects of project construction management and project supervision process,and the research on risk management of highway supervision project bidding is relatively scarce,most of the literature on the project supervision project in the construction phase of the service process risk research,can not provide targeted guidance on highway supervision project bidding.This paper starts from the content of highway supervision project bidding and risk management theory,introduces the risk research work of highway supervision project bidding,and proposes the process research of highway supervision project bidding risk identification,risk evaluation,risk countermeasure decision,decision implementation and result inspection.Taking A company as an example,first,the overall situation of bidding for company A’s highway supervision project is summarized,and the risk factors of company A’s highway supervision project bidding are identified using the form record method,The possible risks in the bidding process of highway supervision project are found out.The analytic hierarchy process is introduced to simplify the complex problem into each component element,and the weight of each element is expressed directly by calculation.After that,the evaluation model of bidding risk of A company’s highway supervision project is constructed by using hierarchical analysis method,expert investigation method and comprehensive evaluation method.Then use the risk evaluation model to analyze the example of company A’s highway supervision project bidding,and the key risk in the bidding process of highway supervision project in A company is formed.Finally,according to the key risks,the management measures are put forward to guide the bidding of highway supervision project of A company.
