Module combination hydraulic trailer can make various ways of stitchingcombination according to needs, now it plays an increasingly important role intransporting extra-long, extra-wide, overweight equipment. Hydraulic suspension systemplays a major supporting role as a key technology to control the lifting action of thevehicle, affect vehicle ride comfort and handle stability. So the design of the hydraulicsuspension system plays a vital role in the vehicle. Studying the hydraulic suspensionsystem and analyzing its engineering practice has important significance.The paper is divided into five chapters, at first we analysis the key structure of themodule combination hydraulic trailers, including the following three aspects the maincharacteristics of the frame, the compose of the steering system and the steeringtechnology in different combinations, hydraulic suspension institutions and the stress, sowe can have a more comprehensive understanding of the vehicle.Secondly, we design the10-axis module combination hydraulic trailer suspensionhydraulic system, analysis3-points and4points supporting technology of hydraulicsuspension and its dynamic load, take6-axis unit car as an example and use AMESimsoftware to make simulation analysis of the suspension hydraulic system, and make acomparison between the simulation results and on-site commissioning situation, if thevehicle meet all the requirements and travel normally, then get that the system design isreasonable and practical.Then take4-axis unit car as an example and use the ADAMS with AMESimsimulation to analysis the ride of the suspension system. Create three-dimensional randomroad model and tire model in ADAMS. Create a three-dimensional model in accordancewith the size of the real car and import dynamics model, establish hydraulic system modelof hydraulic suspension in AMESim.Take AMESim as main simulation software to set theinput and output of the ADMS to exchange the two data time to time, so that it can achievea joint simulation, then compare the simulation results with the experimental results, and draw the reasonable parameters of the accumulator which has a positive effect on thesmoothness of the suspension system.Finally, analysis the engineering practice of the module combination hydraulictrailers. on the one hand test and apply the new bi-proof valve’s performance, whichproves the new explosion-proof valve can meet the explosion-proof requirements of thehydraulic suspension very well and improve the explosion-proof technology of hydraulicsuspension. On the other hand analysis the problems of the hydraulic suspension on thefield test, by the finite element analysis and the experimental analysis using the twoprogram of suspension mechanism, we can get the cause of the problem and solve it, sothat the vehicle can be normal drive normally, has a strong engineering practice, and it canbe used for good reference to other similar problems.
