Aspheric components are widely used in astronautics, national defense industry,civilian optics and so on, because of its excellent characteristics as correction ofaberration and simplification of system. While their machining accuracy become themain factor to limit their application. Single-point diamond machining technologyis one of the most important technologies in aspheric components machining andhow to improve its accuracy become a hot topic. But there is no deep investigationon the dual-spindle tool machine. So based on the dual-spindle aspheric surfaceprocessing machine tool, this article focuses on the correlation analysis of the erroranalysis and testing.This paper researches on the geometric error the dual-spindle asphericprocessing machine tool. On the basis of analysis of domestic and internationalerror model and error measurement program, a geometric error model of thedual-spindle aspheric processing machine tool is established, the composition andcharacteristics of the geometric errors are analyzed, and the error measurementscheme design and feasibility of the error composition are discussed.The geometric error model of the dual-spindle aspheric surface processingmachine tool is established by applying multi-body system kinematics. First of all,on the basis of the relationship of the clear machine parts movement, the absolutecoordinate system of the machine and the reference coordinate system of theadjacent body are established, and then the characteristic matrices of the ideal bodymovements and error-including body movements were analyzed. Then this articleanalyzed the geometric error of the ultra-precision machine tool, established thegeometric error model of the dual-spindle machine tool, got the processing errormodel expression, and simply analyzed the error term.Due to the particularity of the layouts of the machine tool, high demand wasput on the error measurement program. So in order to solve this problem, the existederror detection scheme need to be reexamined, the error terms should be simplified.Based on all this work, combined with laser measurement system and roundnessmeasurement system, an error measurement system aimed at this ultra-precisionmachine tool was put out, and it successively completed the measurement task. Based on the error model established, this article comprehensively consideredthe characteristics of this machine tool, simulated the consequence of error termswhich impacts on the machining accuracy, and then developed the compensationprogram of the ultra-precision machine tool.
