Because of the Numeric-Control Machining technology is one of the bottlenecks in big components of aircraft fuselage manufacturing, carrying out the research of aircraft components compound machine tool technology, developing flexible automatic machine tools with independent intellectual property rights and mastering the core technology of big components of fuselage automation processing are of great significance. Due to large parts of aircraft fuselage's manufacturing quality and hole precision are very high, the numerical control machine tool must havethe corresponding accuracy. How to improve the machining accuracy of thenumerical control machine tools become an urgent technical problem. This paper,combines our school's project of compound machine tool which is cooperated with a large domestic aviation manufacturing enterprise, researched the the numerical control machine tools error compensation technology.The paper mainly includes the following content.1. The method and general steps of error modeling based on the theory of multi-body systemare researched.Through the analysis of error sources and topology of the machine tool, and the ideal and actual transformation matrix of machine tool's each coordinate system,we eventually established the synthesis error model of a specific numerical control machine tool.2. The error measurement technology of numerical control machine tools is researched. This chapter mainly includes:(1)The measuring principle of double-frequency laser interferometer(2)Nine line measurement method of geometric error of machine tool.(3)The composition of machine tool thermal error detection system.(4) The strategy of optimal placement of the temperature measurement points.3. The error compensation method based on feedback truncationtheory is researched. This chapter mainly includes:(1)Advantages and disadvantages of the feedback truncation error compensation method and the origin translation error compensation method.(2)The principle of feedback truncation error compensation method.(3)The basic functions, the structureand the compensation process of the error compensation system based on the feedback truncationtheory.4. An error compensation system is designed. Detailed design and functional verification of the error compensation system's each function module is finished in this chapter.The error compensation system's main function include:(1)The real-time acquisition of temperature and displacement information ofgrating scales.(2)Calculating the real-time error of numerical control machine tool based on the synthesis error model.(3)Modifying the feedback signals of grating scale.(4) Real time display of compensation state.
