Closely combined with the requirements of the high end processing equipment in the field of aviation and spaceflight,this dissertation deals with the key issues revelent to error modeling,sensitivity analysis and tolerance allocation of a 3-(?)RS hybrid machining tool.The following achievements have been obtained.The integrated error model of the 3-(?)RS hybrid machine tool is formulated with the aid of vector chain and perturbation theory.On the basis of summing up the error sources separation technology of different topology machine tool,put forward a new simple hybrid machine tool error source separation method,which combine screw theory and Jacobian matrix properties.The3-(?)RS-XY hybrid machine tool's error model is divided into two kinematic chains and separate the error sources,based on the relationship of variation space,force space and subspace,and ultimately determine the uncompensation error source.On the basis of the sensitivity probabilistic model,analyse the influence of the error sources on the accuracy of the machine.And calculate the global error sensitivity coefficient of the two kinematic chains to analyse the impact of the compensation error on the end machining accuracy.In order to minimize the cost of manufacturing,set each error source sensitivity coefficients and parameters as constraints to formulate the nonlinear optimization model.Finally,accuracy distribution is solved by genetic algorithm and Monte Carlo simulation.
