With the appearance of the vector control theory in Germany in1970s, Theproblem of the AC motor’s non-linearity, time-variety and heavy-coupling of thevariable was solved. With the development of the high-performance permanentmagnetic materials, microprocessor technology, servo control theory and powerelectronics technology, especially lots of the new high-power electronicelements’ appearance, connecting with the working characteristics and structurecharacteristics of PMSM. So the AC servo system of PMSM is of greatsignificance in the field of national defense, aerospace and industry-agriculture.This thesis provides a set of control system for PMSM based on the digital signalprocessor TMS320F2812made by TI Company, which is used as the kernelcontroller. The main content are as follows:Firstly, this thesis introduces the developing process of power electronics,PMSM and microprocessor technology. The development and status of PMSM inthe world is introduced, while the importance of the thesis is also pointed out.Secondly, the thesis introduces the instructure model and mathematicsmodel in detail,researches the vector control theory deeply, elaborates the stepsand way of the realization of SVPWM algorithm, and shows the PWM charts ofevery sector.Thirdly, according to the vector control block, the thesis realizes the ciecuitdesign of control unit, drive unit and feedback unit, so the hardware system ofthe servo system is finished, then processes the PCB circuit block into PCBcircuit board.Fourthly, the software is mainly written by C language under the CCS3.3development environment, realizing the relative function of the hardware circuit.Finally, modeling the system and simulating the system under theenvironment of MATLAB7.0/SIMULINK. Software simulation is made throughthe hardware platform and the outcome is drawn by the Oscilloscope. Thefeasibility of the servo system and the correctence of the drive system on thebasis of the outcomes of the simulation.
