With the soar of our country’s economy, the increase of construction steel, moreand more engineering applications have been used in steel pipe truss structures. Thecommon sliding method and hoisting method also have been more and more attention.The key technologies of sliding construction are introduced in the paper first,combining with stadium engineering of Tianjin Polytechnic University, the keycontrol technology of linear sliding construction is introduced, and from thedisplacement and stress of the whole process simulation, the security of linear slidingconstruction is proved.On the introduction of successfully using of symmetrical curve rotation slidingconstruction technology in the108m dome of the Ordos Airport in detail. Accordingto the natatorium in Ordos sports center, the comparative analysis for the effect to thestructure force molding are putting forward from the dividing of sliding element, thelayout of sliding rail, whether symmetrical sliding and unsynchronized control. Withthe analysis, some conclusions are obtained, the sliding element which is3groups ismore reasonable. The displacement distribution is closer to the design state in twoslide tails, and the stress meets the requirement. Whether symmetrical sliding has littleinfluence for the displacement and support reaction, but the stress is larger whilesymmetrical sliding. Considering the unsynchronized control of20mm, the maximumdisplacement is23.1mm and the maximum stress is55MPa, meted to the structureassembling accuracy requirements. Then the rotation sliding construction scheme isputting forward, from the whole process simulation, the maximum displacement is99mm and the maximum stress is100MPa, meted to the structure assemblingaccuracy requirements, so we can get that the rotation sliding construction scheme istechnically feasible. By making the1:100rotating slip model, the technical feasibilityof the rotating slip construction for natatorium engineering is verified.The segmented lifting construction scheme is putted from the selection of liftingequipment, the segmented principle of lifting, the order of lifting and the calculationof the lifting point. The strength and security in the lifting process of the radial trussare analyzed from the lifting and the emplacement process. From the whole processsimulation, the segmented lifting used in this project is safe. Comparative analysis of the two construction programs from the economicbenefits, period and field situation, the natatorium engineering finally uses thesegmented lifting construction scheme. We can get from the paper that sliding istechnically very good, but it has its application scope, so when choosing aconstruction scheme, we should comparative analysis a lots of aspects, and prefer theoptimal scheme.
