In the frame-core wall structure system the framework the frame and core tubecan work together and after reasonable design frame-core wall structure can form dualseismic fortification lines, so it commonly used in modern high-rise building. Whenthe distance between outer column and core tube is large, it will make the thickness ofslab or the height of beam between outer column and core tube increases to ensureeffective space effect. This will increase the structural weight, impact floors headroomand increase the construction cost of the building. Therefore, in China’s《Technicalspecification for concrete structures of tall building》JGJ3-2010provides that: If thedistance between the core tube and frame column, non-seismic design is greater than15m or seismic design is greater than12m, it should set interior columns or take othermeasures.In this paper, how the position and cross section size of interior columns andconnection mode impact structural seismic performance is studied. A main tower of anengineering is used for a model and establish a reasonable computational model, thenthe structural dynamic characteristics analysis, response spectrum analysis, elastic andelastic-plastic time history analysis are analysed by finite element calculation method.We can get the response characteristics of each model in the earthquake after analysisand provide references for the design of such structures.The analysis showed that there will impact on structural seismic after settinginterior columns. Dynamic characteristics and elastic analysis shows that the structurestiffness, vibration period and displacement response laws consistent. The size ofinterior column and the distance between interior column and core tube have littleinfluence on outer columns and core tube for core tube is main lateral force resistingmembers, but they have obvious affect on interior column. The interior columnswhich set as general frame column can form the whole frame with outer columns. Itcan strengthen the safety of structure’s second way seismic line after reasonabledesign. However it has negative effects on some structural members especially underrare earthquake, so it should pay particular attention.
