The Study Of Designing Of The Safety And Arming Device For New Guided Projectile

The oversea guided projectile was introduced from elsewhere by government many years ago, afterwards it can be made interiorly. This day and age, its techniques are entering a new developmental phase. For the purpose to go with the times as quickly as possible, we must innovate in our techniques, which we had introducted, digested, and absorbed. Thus we should develop the new homemade guided projectile, and its components.The article studys the domestic-overseas guided projectile fuze system, especially, discusses the desige in detail about the new domestic Safety and Arming device. It makes reference to six aspects, which includes the first environmental arming device, the second environmental arming device, interrupter device, electical initiation device, self-destruction device and hige explosive train.In this paper, the shoe pinches about the fuze system were validated, by using large numbers of theoretic analyse, indispensable simulant test, and a trait of range test. The results show that the desige of the new domestic Safety and Arming device is reasonable, feasible. The fuze system is completely applicable to the new homemade guided projectile, and its safety and performance come up to their congeners.The fruits of study will provide technical reference for the new development of domestic guided projectile fuze system, and it is of great significance for us to develop guided projectile fuze too.
