Diversification of consumption, individuality, health become a trend and become a new trend in the catering market in the context of consumer culture, theme restaurants, this is mainly to meet the consumers to enjoy the dining environment, food forthe auxiliary of the themed restaurant was born in the United States in the1980s, because of its unique mode of operation quickly swept the world. The emergence of the theme restaurants just to satisfy the needs of mass consumption, it not only meets the dietary needs of people and, more importantly, to meet the increasing culture, spiritual, health, personality, and reflect the value of consumer demand.
