Cable structure has been widely used in various architecture form for its light weight, long span, reasonable force, economy of materials, convenient application. With many geological disaster happened in different countries, how to provide a safety shelter for disaster area residents has been more concerned by society.This structure reasonable combined with cable and steel structure(H-section steel), which means fully use of the cable structure characteristics such as easy to recycling, good drainage performance and large free height and came into being a form structure which could support wind-load, snow-load and earthquake load, to against bad environment in disaster area. This subject designed self-equilibrium system by means of reasonable combine stayed cables and cable net with H-section steel. To test and verify this structure’s performance in all aspects, applied wind load and snow load and combination load in different structure forms, prestressing force with finite-element analysis the analysis of self-vibration property and time-procedure analysis to decide the best plan.The results of the study show that the cable structure refuge house structure in this article has not been destroyed under various load effects, besides, it has been provided with good performance in wind load, snow load, earthquake load. Then give some advices on selection of foundation, the structure connection mode of each part and installation process of cable net structure at last, to provide some advice necessary theoretical basis and data.
