Shelter is a unique car used in special conditions,widely used in the field of combat troops,detective,medical,rescue and other occasions,to resist wind,rain,anticorrosive,mothproof,subjected to electromagnetic interference,the change of temperature,solar radiation and other special requirements,the most important is the requirements of cabin in normal working condition next,the structure has a certain strength and stiffness,to ensure the normal operation of the cabin equipment and staff,and has certain anti explosion shock loading capability of;with the continuous development of shelter in all walks of life and mature,and the other requirements of cabin equipment functions and internal space,and then the expansion the emergence of shelter.The expandable shelter space,higher comprehensive characteristics,has been widely used in military,defense,medical and other industries.Expandable shelter design of this project is responsible for inspection,personnel and goods inspection,is a comprehensive security expandable shelter.The main contents of the design are as follows:Analysis of the research background,describes the development status of domestic and foreign shelter.The overall design of the cabin is completed,including the design method of the cabin,the structure design of the fixed cabin,the extended cabin,the movable floor and the bottom frame,and the layout of the equipment inside and outside the cabin.Completed the design of this topic expansion mechanism and extension mechanism design including the design of the transmission beam,the support beam and the transmission system,through the design of the drive beam,a fixed beam and a torsion spring structure of transmission beam,the design of beam bearing beam,cantilever support structure,and the key structure of transmission system in the gear box,gear box,transmission shaft and the key supporting structure in the cantilever beam and check the strength and stiffness but also through checking the cabin,cabin extended centroid position,the support beam layout,finally through the examination of the expansion cabin mass,ensure the rationality of the structure design of expandable shelter.By extending the shelter design of this project,the key structure(supporting beam,drive shaft)to simplify the model,mesh and finite element model is established,the support beam,the load on the transmission shaft,the transmission shaft of the support beam and the analysis and calculation of static structure,the support deformation in load beam and the transmission shaft and the stress distribution.To sum up the work done,and to discuss the problems in the design and research of this subject.
