| As China’s growing economic and urban construction development in recent years, varioustypes of demand for underground pipelines was increasing, the construction of various undergroundpipeline capacities was gradually increased. More and more attentions were payed to trenchlesstechnology, pipe jacking technology as an important technology in the trenchless laying of pipelineswas developing very rapidly.This article describes a systematic process and pipe jacking in all key areas of organizationaldesign, combined with Changsha Environmental Engineering of twenty-ninth section of waterdiversion pipeline project, completing the preliminary work throughout the construction until theconstruction is completed. Discusses the geological conditions in the local top management job welland received well caisson construction techniques, including caisson production process, sinkmethod, to help sink measure and the corrective measures. Highlights the pressure balance pipejacking technology, equipment installation on the top tube, pipe jacking operations, grouting dragreduction technology, relay settings, and between the key technology of a detailed analysis of issuesand specific problems that may arise for the proposed practical solutions. Internal sets of pipewelding and weld testing also provided a detailed description. Of the grouting between the concretepipe and steel pipe, pipeline corrosion engineering, water pressure test, exhaust valve, mud valveshaft construction, working pit, receiving pit backfill and restoration have also been introduced.This article also discusses the layout, quality and schedule control, personnel machines,mechanical equipment of the key process control of the construction organization design and otherimportant technologies. To the pipe jacking process of key technologies and processes of analysisand calculation, measurement and control, provides effective implementation of the project for thetechnical assurance of practical engineering significance. |
