Landscape Planning And Design Of Green Residential Area

It play an important role in having physical and mental health of residents and creating a quiet, comfortable, healthy, aesthetic environment that the green landscape of residential areas occupies a large proportion of the total areas,which has already been the most important factors of living environment. Green residential area landscape is designed into a unique landscape type which is more suitable for human life by human based on the natural landscape. Green residential area occupies an important and unique position in the spatial pattern of the environmental landscape of the entire city. Residential greenbelt landscape which separated out from the nature space, the smaller, in need of outdoor life refers to the enclosure formed by the buildings, structures, roads, ground and other various interface.In this paper,I studied the green landscape planning and designing of the Shanghai Pudong Expo Garden through the core theory of new urbanism and landscape ecology planning principles theoretical model.I studied this green residential area landscape planning and designing by involving in the practice, and using such ways like the elaboration of the theoretical literature,analysis of site spatial and comprehensive evaluation. I explored the problems to which we should pay attention during the procedure of planning and designing the green residential area from the understanding of the concept of residential areas and the green landscape and many theoretical ideas like landscaping essentials of the elements and landscape visual aesthetic.I summarized the overall planning and the composition of landscape,analyses the current situation of group division, level composition and landscaping content with pictures by aspects like landscaping elements, landscape forms and visual aesthetic and evaluated the comfort of the existing environment by residential density, green area, the venues and public facilities, environmental noise and sunlight conditions.I analysis and evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of the current situation of existing green space in this residential areas and try to find the ways to be better in the latter part of the construction of transformation, conservation, environmental mention excellent and quality optimization, In addition,I hope to find the interactive mode of the residential area of public participation in environmental construction as the sample of the Shanghai Pudong Expo Garden and the owners.Overview of problems with common in the current green residential area of landscape construction and sum up the experience based on the practical experience of the project by the enhanced theoretical level to solve the problem easily in future and provide the basis for the theory and practice of planning and construction of future residential areas.
