Because of the influence of environmental pollution and energy consumption increase, many countries around the world started the exploration and research of new energy vehicles. Pneumatic-electric hybrid vehicle (PEHV) is a new type vehicle, which can reduce consumption of energy、vehicle emissions and fog phenomenon, has caused interest of some scientific researchers, but the research on PEHV is still in the initial stage, and there is no control strategy research of PEHV systematically by now.Based on research results of PEHV in the world, this paper compared the advantages and disadvantages of all types PEHV, such as serial、parallel、and series-parallel. And this paper chose biaxial parallel PEHV as the research priorities, carried out research of PEHV control strategy and control scheme. According to research demand of a test vehicle, this paper carried on the analysis of vehicle demand dynamics, and made a choice of drive motor and pneumatic motor.Based on the characteristics of power components and vehicle at different speeds, this paper put forward control scheme and drive modes of PEHV. Combining with principle of PEHV, this paper set up control model of vehicle dynamics based on the moment balance of PEHV.This paper proposed control strategy on the basis of the fuzzy logic control according to the control objectives.Then this paper designed the fuzzy logic controller and built the simulink simulation control module. After taking the simulink simulation module embedded into the simulation software, this paper carried out simulation for proving fuzzy logic control strategy is effective using forward simulation and backward simulation. By analyzing the simulation results, fuzzy logic control strategy is proved to be feasible and correct in PEHV systems control. And according to the disadvantages of simulation results, this paper put forward modify opinions. This paper Put forward SOC consumption relation of unit mileage, which provided a quantitative method for evaluating hybrid car unit energy consumption economy.
