| Asphalt pavement construction quality is affected by many complicated factors.According to different construction environments and climatic conditions,timely quality control of asphalt pavement construction is an important way to ensure the long-term stability of asphalt pavement performance.In this paper,according to the characteristics of the existing asphalt pavement construction quality control,the evaluation index,influencing factors and quality control analysis of the construction process are carried out.Finally,the engineering application research is carried out.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Compaction method 1 was determined by compaction and flatness test under two different compaction processes(that is,the initial pressure was a drum roller,the pressure recovery was mainly rubber tire roller,the final pressure was steel Wheel roller)for the best compaction process.Asphalt pavement or grass-roots thickness,the deflection values are also different,so the greater variation of asphalt pavement thickness of asphalt pavement structure will have a negative impact.When the added value of each layer is the same,the reliability of the surface layer increases most,so the thickness of the surface layer needs to be the main control point of the thickness of each layer.The influence of thickness on the structural reliability is obvious.The decrease of the thickness has a relatively greater influence on the reliability.(2)The design of asphalt mixture adopting Superpave mixture design method is more suitable for the construction environment,and the compaction times are more reasonable.A certain project adopts this method to design the asphalt mixture,and determines the best ratio is grade 2(ie,ore powder:0~2.36mm:2.36~4.5mm:4.75~16mm:16~26.5mm = 1.5:24.5:11:32:31),the best asphalt content is 4.4%.Asphalt mixtures with different anti-rutting agents have different penetration rates.Among them,the ruthenium-rich ruthenium anti-rutting agent shows the largest penetration value at the same dosage,with the most obvious improvement effect.At the same time,the same anti-rutting agent,with the dosage increases gradually,the penetration value also gradually increased.(3)In this paper,the effective control time of asphalt pavement compaction is 35min.It is unfavorable to compaction time too large or too small.After the temperature was reduced from 145 ℃ to 115 ℃,the porosity increased by 3.2%.Rolling temperature affects the compaction effect,the lower the temperature the greater the extent of the impact,the construction process requires strict control of temperature requirements.Asphalt pavement construction process using remote monitoring,the effect is significant,by remote monitoring and control greatly enhance the quality of construction,improve the quality of asphalt pavement construction. |
