Research And Practice On The Technologies Of Product Process Management

As one of the functions of the Product Data Management (PDM) system, process management has gained more and more attention. Currently, the research of the process management is concentrated mainly on the workflow management, while those associating with the boiler process system and the alike are insufficient, especially the management research considering the user factor. The thesis is a further research on the boiler design process management, which is based on the general boiler thermal design system of Wuxi Huaguang Boiler Co. Ltd. The followings are the main achievements,A process management design method based on the project, the role and the restriction is put forward tentatively, which is applied to the certain field of the process management.The architecture, the object units, the functional module partition of the process management design technology are analyzed and described on the basis of the object-oriented analysis method. Various software techniques are applied to the research of the product process management.The abstract model of the product management system is established on the basis of the object-confirmed theoretical research. This model set a deep and steady theoretical basis for the research in the area of the boiler design process management system.The design process system model applied to the boiler industry is established, which is based on the sufficient investigation and information summarization. The analysis consists of three parts, namely, project-scheme data model, role authority data model and version log data model.The function and the performance requirements for the development of the boiler design process management system are analyzed. The general idea for the system development is put forward. The prototype system, Wuxi Huaguang Boiler Co. Ltd. Design Process Management System, is established.As a tentative study for the boiler design process management, the research of product management technology, method and model, in the thesis will provide references for researches of product process management in other similar industries.
