Distribution network is part of the power system directly connected with the power user,its reliability is very concerned by power supply enterprise and power users.With foreigndistribution network operating experience in the distribution network,parts of our countryintroduce closed-loop operation mode in the distribution networ. Closed-loop operation modehas a two-way trend, would ensure the electricity supply to consumers,and conducive to theuse of distributed power in the distribution network. The research reliability of distributionnetwork mostly is based on distribution networks witn Open-loop operation mode. Theresearch the reliability of distribution network with loop operation mode is lackAccording to the characteristics of20kV distribution network with Open-loop operationmode, the paper divides distribution network into three parts, and analyzes effect on reliabilityof distribution network created by each part of the20kV distribution network. In this thesis,the analysis of the reliability factors affecting in three parts is maded in to meta-analysis withanalytical method. the paper derives reliability index of distribution network with loopoperation mode.With the basis of the theoretical analysis, The paper calculates the reliability of the20kVdistribution network of Sino-Singapore knowledge city.The calculation use the actual data inthe grid calculation, so it can provide a reference to the distribution network with loopoperation mode. Thearticle considers the effect of different factors on the reliability index inthe calculation Thearticle analysis the weak links of the reliability of distribution networkwith loop operation mode.The paper put forward optimization strategyis of the reliability of20kV distributionnetwork with Open-loop operation from two sides,which are turn the power between tworings and branch lines contacting. The paper analyzes the influence on the reliability of20kVdistribution network by turning the power between two rings. The paper assess the risk ofturning the power between two rings and put forward operating rules and regulations of it.The paper analyzes the influence on the reliability of20kV distribution network by branchlines contacting. The paper analyzes restrictive elements on branch lines contacting and putforward operating rules and protection configuration scheme of it.
