The Management Research On Schedule Of Construction Project Of Components Gas Supply System

This paper systematically researched the engineering project schedule managementwith the project schedule management theory and techniques, combined with thepractice of the air system of the component test facility of the Gas TurbineEstablishment. First of all, the structure of the air system of the component test facilitywas be analyzed, and then, several aspects of the constructing project of the componenttest air system, such as the schedule management, the quality management, and the costmanagement were researched systematically, so the new management model of the testfacility technique reform was built, as well as new system project. The above workcontribute great support and help to the test facility technique reform and the newsystem constructing, meanwhile, it is of real significance in providing reference, at theseaspects, including schedule management, quality management, cost management etc,for large project constructing of the Gas Turbine Establishment in future.
