With the rapid development of China’s social and economic construction,the scale of construction projects also expands,the requirements of technical conditions are higher,and the structural forms are more complex and diversified,which makes the traditional construction project schedule management extremely complex.It is difficult to accurately express the dynamic change of the progress of the project construction,accurately reflect the internal relationship between the dynamic change of the progress of the construction process and different construction tasks,timely and effectively optimize and adjust the real-time dynamic state of various resources and construction environment required in the construction process,let alone timely and effectively optimize and adjust the project construction progress.Therefore,in the process of project construction schedule management,it is an urgent problem to be solved that we can not customize a reasonable construction plan,accurately grasp the construction schedule,optimize the construction resources and dynamically manage and control the construction schedule of the whole project.In order to solve the disadvantages of traditional schedule management,this paper proposes the application of CPM method and CCPM method to realize the visualization of schedule management.The traditional critical chain technology can,but it is not good at poor visualization and lack of prediction.The application of Bim and grey prediction theory can make up for this deficiency.In order to solve relevant problems,we mainly use the method of resource redistribution to determine the critical chain.Then,the progress plan and BIM model are linked together,the visual characteristics of progress management are given,the virtual entities of buffer components are introduced,and the BIM model based on critical path components and critical chain buffer time components is set,so as to prepare for the dynamic three-color monitoring and Simulation of progress in the later stage of the progress plan.The BIM three-dimensional model is combined with the schedule,and the construction progress and buffer time components of various components on the critical path of the project are simulated through the construction progress simulation software fuzor,so as to achieve the purpose of progress monitoring through progress simulation.Based on the three color monitoring theory,the construction progress of various components on the critical path and the consumption of buffer time on the critical chain are monitored and warned.The warning levels include danger,yellow warning and green safety.For the dangerous components with red alarm degree,build the gray prediction model,draw the S-shaped curve with SPSS software for progress deviation analysis,and calculate the deviation duration.Finally,the progress control of the whole key chain can be realized by adjusting the deviation duration of each component on the key chain.Finally,the case of Xinsheng square is used for demonstration and practice,the construction task is completed ahead of schedule,and good economic benefits are obtained,which proves the feasibility of the research content of this paper.
