Strategy Study On The Protection And Utilization Of Non-Constructive Land From Green Infrastructure Perspective

Under the background of rapid urbanization, the urban sprawl of China is continued, which leads to the non-constructive land constantly being eroded and the threat to ecological security. In recent years, domestic related research of non-constructive land constantly emerging which reflects the people’s reverse thinking of urban problems brought by the rapid urbanization. Through relevant case studies, the author respectively research and summed up the contents and methods of construction land planning in three aspects which include space governancel, space structure, and space element classification perspective, and combing the research practice in recent years to find its main problem and improving method. Meanwhile, Green infrastructure offers a contemporary approach to the conceptualisation and management of landscape resources within non-urbanised areas, which has developed rapidly in Europe and North America as a result of the opportunities it has provided in meeting the ecological, economic and social challenges of non-constructive land planning. This thesis explores Protection and utilization strategy of non-constructive land from green infrastructure perspective through the comparative study. By constructing the Protection and utilization framework of non-constructive land, dividing protection priority, establishing Control elements corresponding to landscape types influence to achieve the effective control of non-constructive land.Main body of this thesis can be divided into three parts:The first part, the author systematically studies the practice and theory of non-construction land at home and abroad, analyzing the method and relevant theory of domestic existing planning, revealing the widespread contact of non-construction land planning and relevant planning content and the existing contradictions with defects, and summed up it in which can be solved on the technical planning level.The second part, based on the content, concept, theory, construction process, spatial elements, as well as the method of analysis of comparative study, discusses The feasibility and scientific of building the Protection and utilization framework of non-constructive land.The third part, discusses the Protection and utilization framework of non-constructive land content, including constructing methods and steps, hierarchical control method and control elements as a series of Protection and utilization strategy of non-constructive land.
