With the rapid development of high-rise buildings in our country, the general function construction is very difficult to meet people’s needs. Can be lower through the arrangement of the frame column stiffness is small, have very large space, can be used as stores, restaurants, cultural and entertainment facilities, upper stiffness of shear wall, form a small space, can be used as residential, hotel, or office space. In order to achieve this kind of structure arrangement, must be set in the floor of the structure transformation conversion layer. With high conversion layer of high-rise building structure are introduced in this present research situation and development direction. The high conversion layer structure characteristics and influence factors in the statement. With practical engineering of transition layer of high-rise building structures with high performance research and analysis, first of all, the transition layer of high-rise building structures with high overall modeling analysis, through the software to the project, the vibration mode decomposition response spectrum method and elastic-plastic analysis. From the parameter Settings, the selection of seismic wave, and a variety of norms, has carried on the overall analysis to the project. And the analysis results were compared to explore; Finally set by changing the transformation layer height is studied under earthquake and wind load conversion layer tower height of tower structure different mechanical properties, the influence of the deformation characteristics and so on.This article is based on actual project as an example, to frame core tube structure with transfer beam is analyzed, some conclusions are drawn, and hope to provide some reference for future design and research work.
