In the modern high-rise building structure,the beam type conversion is the most widely used one.With girder transfer force transmission direct,clear,construction processing etc.,belongs to the complex structure,the stress and deformation are different in the structure of the rule,cannot use conventi onal calculation model and calculation methods,the current specification for frame-supported shear design wall structure wall beams just gives provisions on construction,therefore,the beam conversion layer structure mechanics analysis and design has theoretical and practical significance.(1)In this paper,profiled the function and classification conversion layer structure and its main structural form,summarized the domestic and international about high-rise building transfer structure of practical engi neering application and development trend,and introduced the main structure beam conversion layer and mechanical characteristic,on this basis,systematically discuss ed the high-rise building beam conversion layer structure design theory.(2)According to a specific engineering example,established structural design model by PKPM,used PKPM finite element analysis software SATWE and 3-D analysis program analysis program TAT,for the whole mechanical analysis,compared and analyzed some primary indexes,suc h as the period ratio,displacement ratio,inter-laminar shear stress ratio,shear heavy ratio.,and utilized to optimize and analyze the model,comparison between the results and the code proved the structural design model was reasonable.(3)Used high-rise building frame supported shear wall analysis software FEQ,for the conversion layer structure of a finite element analysis,confirmed the beam type conversion layer stress transfer pathway,determined the beam transfer in the most unfavorable position of internal force and transformation of beam stress characteristic.(4)According to the corresponding standard by SATWE software,transfer beam for the bearing capacity design,discussion of the beam transfer layer structure in accordance with the current national standard design of reliability,and draw the beam transfer structure conversion layer(beam,slab)component drawings.
