Research On Quality Cost Control Of Municipal Engineering Project

Municipal project construction as an important part of urban construction, and the general project is different, has its own characteristics. In the development of the city construction, the quality of the municipal engineering is particularly prominent,so that the quality cost control task is complicated and changeable. Quality and cost is the relation of unity of opposites, if you want to lower the cost, and to improve the quality requirements, we must through control of the quality cost, find the balance point, from each link to avoid unnecessary waste. The paper starts from the characteristics of municipal projects and processes, the quality cost management system were in-depth inquiry, focuses on the whole process of the project control method of careful analysis and research, through organizational measures and process control measures were adjusted to achieve the ideal goal. The operational and practical significance of the quality cost control method in the practice of engineering project is verified.In addition to the introduction and the conclusion, this thesis consists of four parts.In the second chapter, the theory and method of the cost control of municipal engineering project are summarized. Focus on quality cost control objectives are to increase profits, to avoid the occurrence of the cost of failure. But a number of factors will affect the quality cost control target realization; PDCA cycle management is the basic method of quality management, including the analysis of collected data, set a goal, make a plan, implementation plan, execute, test results, sum up experience,revised target. The municipal project cost control method should be adjusted with the dynamic change of the quality cost items.In the third chapter, the quality cost and management status of municipal engineering project are analyzed. In a detailed analysis of municipal engineeringproject quality common failing and produce technical reasons for influence and control, as well as the basis, analysis of the quality of the municipal engineering cost control characteristics and the reasons of the weak, and from the perspective of the construction of how to carry out quality cost control, covert project how to carry out quality control measures.In the fourth chapter, taking Y company as an example, the use of construction project quality management and quality control methods, the case analysis. First of all,it is proposed that the quality cost forecasting method should be used to calculate the quality cost of the company. On this basis, using analytic hierarchy process as the main basis of cost accounting, to standardize the company’s quality cost management mechanism, for enterprises to create greater profit space; finally, proposes the OA system, the establishment of mutual restraint of enterprise management system, and bring forward various functional departments to assume their responsibilities, as well as the whole process control, so as to achieve the effective control of the quality cost of engineering project.The fifth chapter analyzes the Y company construction project site improvement method and effect. The quality cost control is the foundation of the enterprise survival,and the improvement of construction site and the application of the method are the foundation of enterprise development. Therefore, starts from the quality cost dynamic formation of put forward to improve the scene, then proposed including the establishment of mechanisms to identify and process the PDCA method of field control method to improve system and improving scheme. Finally, using relevant data,analysis of quality cost control of on-site improvement effect.Through the correlation analysis of Y enterprise quality cost management data,and put forward the optimization measures consistent with the A and Y enterprise development goals, and ultimately achieve the Y enterprise’s quality cost effective control.
