Research On Quality Cost Management For Construction Object

Along with the energetic development of modernization construction, the construction scale of our country expands constantly. The importance of project quality has been accepted widely. The conditions of project quality is not only referred to the success or failure of project construction and benefit,but also influence the security of peoples'lives and possessions and the stability of society directly. Nevertheless , on the market economy system , the different project participators have different definitions for project quality on theirs'own account. The lack of appropriate guidance and coordination between the participators results that the current quality condition of project is not optimistic. Quality-cost management integrates the reliability and applicability of project,which is the effective approach to solve the foregoing problem. Therefore,the research of quality-cost management on project is important to guarantee the normal operation,to save social resources and to obtain favorable benefits.Quality-cost management of project is given a relatively comprehensive research in this paper. Major content is as follows:1. This paper analyzes the present conditions of project quality of our country as well as actuality and characteristics of studies on project quality-cost management both inland and abroad , and discusses the contents and methods for project quality-cost management.2. Study on basic theory of project quality-cost management. On the base of traditional theory of quality-cost management,It analyses the characteristics of project quality-cost,defines the project quality-cost properly,confirms the functions of project quality-cost and establishes the management system.3. This paper analyses the contents and methods of tasks of the antecedent planning stage of project quality-cost management. The emphasis is to use BP neural network to forecast project quality-cost on the base of BP neural network research.4. This paper analyses the contents and methods of tasks of the Medium-term execution stage of project quality-cost management. The emphasis is the research on project quality-cost control ,which establishes dynamic control model bases on bias analysis method,construes the principle and discusses the effective measures to control project quality-cost.5. On the base of the research on evaluation indexes of project quality-cost management effect,this paper uses fuzzy synthetic discrimination to establish evaluation model and estimate the effect of project quality-cost management.6. With the theories and methods researched in this paper,it analyzes the quality-cost management in construction stage of a hydraulic project , including confirming the optimum quality level,forecasting quality-cost and controlling quality-cost dynamicly.Finally, this paper summarizes the whole study and brings up some problems that needs further research.
