Reactive power optimization is an effective method to ensure power quality,ensure that the system is safe and reliable,quality economic power has a very important significance. Reactive power optimization analysis of dynamic for Power system does a real-time reactive power optimization of scheduling period system, by adjusting the output of the generator set, changing transformer taps, determinning the reasonable capacity and reasonable location of reactive power compensation, to ensure the voltage level of the system, to minimize system network loss and improve the economics of power supply.This paper considering the spatial and temporal coupling of compensation equipment action numbers and the characteristics of Load of each node in the system real-time dynamic changes, detailed analysis the related issues of reactive power optimization of dynamic, take the minimum power loss in power system as the objective function,establish the mathematical model of reactive power optimization of dynamic; Expound the theory of the basic genetic algorithm and Its advantages and disadvantages,and does a corresponding improvement;introduce a improved method of dynamic optimization,divide day load forecasting curve into24segments, use Lagrange mean value theorem to obtain the computational load of each period, and does normalization process of each section load, to draw load forecasting curve segment histogram;And then take advantage of the improved genetic algorithm on each paragraph static reactive power optimization calculation, obtain per segment reactive power compensation capacity and action value of control equipment, consider the constraint of the control equipment action number, preliminary determine the action schedule of control equipment. Then in ensuring the first paragraph optimal case, conduct dynamic optimization of the each follow-up period, based on the difference between the control equipment of each period to re-adjust the action schedule. Finally, in order to meet the electricity system in the large load has sufficient amount of reactive power compensation, in this paper, using the load factor to re-adjust the action schedule, reallocate movement schedule of control device, reach to optimize the whole system.In this paper, taking the Electric Power Research Institute of China independently developed power system analysis package PSASP7.0as simulation and calculation tools, conduct reactive power optimization simulation analysis on a specific grid. The simulation results show, This method is simple and feasible, can be effectively drawn the reasonable operation timing of each control device, has a significant effect in dealing with the power system reactive power optimization of dynamic problem, meet the security and economy of power system operation.
