Conflicts And Balance Of Interest In The Transformation Of The Old House Demolition

The transformation of the old city is the urban construction and development to a certain stage directional issue that must be addressed. Various stakeholders involved in urban transformation of the old city, the impact of a variety of social relations, the multiple contradictions and various interests interact and superimposed phenomenon occurred, appears more contradictions and problems,, and some even evolve into a more intense social conflict. Therefore, the balance transformation of the old housing demolition in the interests of the allocation is now an urgent need to solve a real problem.So how in the renovation of old city, without compromising the old urban demolition residents, developers and government tripartite main interests, and the interests of the three parties maximize, is a very important affair in the current transformation of the old problem, this is also the purpose of this paper.Based on a conflict of interest and balance in the transformation of the old house demolition, the author first put forward the renovation of old and conflicts of interest at home and abroad with the balance of these two aspects of the theoretical development and practical course of comprehensive exposition in this paper and the current Old City transformation in the presence of a conflict of interest issues. Detailed discussion the tripartite stakeholders interest in the transformation of the old and the conflicts of interest that may arise, which proposed to balance the interests of the implementation mechanisms to ensure that the balance of interests of all three, and elaborated on the mechanism of the balance of interests in the institutional level as well as the spatial dimensions of the balanced mode. Finally, the author takes the Nanning Dragon Road area as example to balance the interests of the implementation of a comprehensive demonstration and discussion.In this paper, after analysis the conflict of interests and balance system, the author try to establish a set of objective and fair balance of interests, so as to reduce the occurrence of conflicts in the demolition, and promote social harmony.
