Nowadays,the process of urbanization in our country is in a stage of rapid development.The status quo of the city's production and living is being gradually influenced by it.Under this kind of influence,the interweaving of interests and contradictions also come along.The urban The transformation of the old city fully highlights this contradiction.At present,we are welcoming the crucial moment for the construction of a harmonious socialist society.As the degree of reform and opening up continues to deepen,the composition of interests at this time has evidently changed from the past.These changes are mainly reflected in the following aspects: diversified interest needs,multi-level stakeholders,changing interests,and open and transparent interests.Under this background,the contradictions and conflicts of interest in the urban renewal of old cities become more serious and difficult to be solved.If the problem can not be solved well,social stability will be affected and social development will be hindered.Therefore,the study of the coordination of interests in the reconstruction of the old city is not only for long-term consideration of the society but also for solving the current contradictions.Due to the author's own professional field,this article will be a designer's point of view,as to analyze the above problems and explore the specific practices.In other words,this article explores the design of urban planning from a professional perspective of urban planning.With the development of the times,the function of city planning is no longer merely planning the construction and development of the city.The main body of urban construction is no longer just the city government,but the government has become the manager who takes the lead in construction activities.Diversification Has become an obvious feature of urban construction investment sources.Therefore,the sources of investment no longer originate only from the government.Government departments will adopt some effective policy measures to attract social capital inflows.The use of land will also become increasingly widespread,not just Government monopoly,on the contrary,has become the main business development and urban management.Facingthe current situation,city managers should adopt the relevant measures of urban planning in order to balance the needs of the urban and diversified social interests,coordinate a wide range of stakeholders,and make the primary goal of realizing the public interest for urban managers.Therefore,we can say that the object of this paper is a first-time reconstruction of the old city which is a personal experience-the first phase project of reconstruction of shantytowns in Huangjueping Pass and the special design method of practice-the planning and design method from the perspective of designer's game theory.At the same time of carrying out actual projects,taking the balance of interests in game theory as the starting point,we apply the balance of interests to our planning and design and consider the project design from a new perspective.For example,how the space is laid out,how indicators are measured,and the system How rules are exercised.Through the analysis of the case,one by one to resolve the contradictions among them,the balance of interests into the planning and design.This article is divided and needs,derives their corresponding resident type patterns.With the development of the society in the present era,we should explore the design method that the designer participates as the coordinator in the interests of all the parties involved.The second part is the second chapter of the dissertation,which is based on the tripartite interests involved in the transformation of the old city.It discusses the relations and relations between the private interests,the public interests and the interests of the government.This chapter focuses on the core coordinating role of designers and explores a design method to coordinate the contradiction between the development of the old city and the solution of various stakeholders.It is concluded that the traditional protection of living space and lifestyles is the process evolution of designers and parties involved in coordination.The third part is the third and fourth chapters of the thesis.By analyzing the statusquo and developing process of the Huangjueping Pass in Nanan District of this research object,this paper explores the spatial contradictions and life problems existing in the real street,under the influence of all parties' interests A series of problems arising,as well as the aesthetic value of the street and the feeling of use in living space for further understanding and analysis.And summarize and summarize
