There areemerging more and more serious problems about supporting facilities, such asfollowing up slowly and distributing unevenly.According to the statistics of the estate advertisements in a related website ofHefei and Hangzhou, the study classified and studied the public service facilitieselements from the text by using the method of semantic ontology analysis. Throughthe analyzing it turned out that82.39%of all the estate advertisements descript thepublic service facilities. The fields which emphasized by developers most arefacilities of commercial, culture, sports and medical, while the rest is rarely to bementioned. Further analyzing the location of those estates indicates that most of thenewly developed estates group inside the city’s2nd Ring Road or near the1st RingRoad area.Through the commercial facilities words analyzing, it indicates the residentusually fancy more those regional business such as business streets, large shoppingsupermarket and so on. And such regional business always make a great influencein the city. Because of the slowly construction of the education facilities on the cityoutskirts, those schools far away from the center have to serve more areas. Thesimilar conclusion also reflects through practical questionnaire inquiry, that is theresident living around the center have shorter distance to their school than theoutskirts.Through the semantic analysis of the building site selection and the supportingfacilities condition both inside and around the residential district in the network AD,we can on one hand find out the emphasis of the building site selection and thedistribution of the newly developed estates of the city. On the other hand we cangrasp the purchasers’ expectation of the public service facilities. |
