For a long time, as the most extensive and frequently used public facilities in the daily life of urban residents, Community public service facilities have been the material foundation of "Better City, Better life". A complete range of community public service facilities are not only directly related to the quality of personal life and properties value, but also represent the level of a city’s economic development and the degree of civilization of the society.
