In consequently,the semi-public facilities need to study deeply.This paper researches semi-public facilities of community in Nanjing in two levels:the urban and community,focusing on space distribution characteristics, developing the relations between space distribution characteristics and mode of operation and development, analyzing the impact of development and operation mode of physical space and human activities. Finally, the author puts forward the strategy and suggestions.IN city level, this paper sorts out the evolution of the supply mechanism and spatial distribution characteristics of semi-public facilities in Nanjing. Author summed up the rules of offer change from government to the market intervention and at most subjects participated, the rules of space gradually expand, gradually improve the high quality, through the helping of literature collection.network data extraction method, by analysis housing policy, planning and management, development and operation.The First part in community level, author analysis the impact of development and construction to the physical space, Selecteted three development and operation of the district to carry out a comparative study in Nanjing City——including Shuangtang、MingGugong、Xingrong.Through the AHP analytic hierarchy,author construct the spatial evaluation system, including the construction scale, the accessibility, the space environment, and the quality evaluation of the facilities. The development and construction to the physical space is discussed.The second part in community level, author analysis the impact of operational management on the use of the crowd. Through interviews, questionnaires, cognitive maps, GIS nuclear density and other methods, author construct the population using the evaluation system. The demand, awareness, satisfaction, spatial choice and use characteristics of each study case were analyzed, and the effect of operation management mode is discussed.Finally, this paper summarizes the features of semi-public facilities of community to in the main body, material space, population use, regional, and proposes four core strategies and multi phased recommendations.
