The problem of speed multi-motor synchronization widely exit in modernindustrial control systems,This paper first introduces the development of thecurrent synchronization control strategy,then analysis the characteristics of themaster-slave synchronization control strategy、parallel synchronous control strategyand the cross-coupled control strategy.With the development of computer technology and intelligent control theory,fuzzycontrol、adaptive control、neural network control are applied to the synchronizationcontrol technology,on the basic of the analysis of a variety of synchronizationcontrol strategy put forward the synchronization control strategy based on the speeddifference,then use it in the control system of acrylic spinning.Acrylic spinning control system is essentially a multi-motor coordinationcontrol system,during the process the tension need be maintained between therespective units and the line speed be a certain proportion,otherwise it will causethe fracture of acrylic yarm,so only control a single motor can not meet specificrequirements in some occasions,it requires the coordinated control of multiplemotors,through the real-time adjustment of the motor speed to achieve the effect ofdrawing or isokinetic. This paper designs electrical drag,in order to achieveinformation interaction between the various units,on the basis of analysis of thecurrent situation of several fieldbuses and the characteristics of acrylic fiberproduction line established the communication network based on PROFIBUS-DP.Configurate the hardware of the system,set each of the main slave address,thenestablish a PLC master station、ET200M slaves network,the PLC control programof the control system of acrylic spinning have logic control program and speedcontrol program,in the speed control program,three different synchronous speedregulations are algorithm for the overall production line、relaxation ring and tensionadjustment roller portion,it can meet the production requirement well.Design a monitoring system interface and the flowchart of the dynamic effects,achieve the communication between WinCC and PLC,transmit the variables thatneed to be monitored,running system and observe the results in the trend.
