Study On Evaluation Of Livable City

Since the industrial revolution, the results which urbanization brings reveal the brilliant of economy,human science and technology, culture and so on.Talents, information,industry,financial and other element agglomerate makes the city become the most important of human settlement form. However,with the rapid development of the economy, the urbanization issues now have become increasingly serious, such as the urban traffic congestion, environmental pollution, housing shortage, the gap between rich and poor, high pressure of employment and others. Now, create the livable city which has the harmonious man-earth relationship has become the final goal of all the developed urban. To build livable city is not only the best exposition for the policy about building a resource-conserving and environment-friendly society on the Communist Party of China18times national conferences,but also the best interpretation of city residents’extremely urgent desire for a high level of economic development, high quality living environment.Based on the domestic and foreign relevant theory and practice research, analysis the current construction achievements of Fuzhou livable city, through the establishment of urban habitability evaluation index system and making a comparition with Hangzhou, Nanjing, Nanchang, Changsha on the five aspects:Beautiful environment degree, Economic rich degree, The social harmony degree, Living convenience and Cultural richness, analysis and get the conclution about the evaluation of the habitability of fuzhou in the objective, Then based on the datas from the questionnaires, analysis and evaluate the visual feeling of Fuzhou city residents on the living conditions, transportation condition, environmental conditions and public security situation, finally concluded that the subjective evaluation of the habitability of Fuzhou. Thus, to find the existing problems in the process of Fuzhou livable city construction on the basis of the objective and subjective evaluation, and put forward out targeted policy, suggestions and measures with certain principles to speed up the pace of livable city construction. This is not only a very important guidance and reference significance to Fuzhou to build livable city,but also a complement and perfect to our country livable city development theory.
