As an important means of transport of the land, railway has played a vital rolefor China’s economic development. With the development of China’s railwaytransport towards high-speed, heavy-duty and high density, it more and moreattention and careful to the detection and control of the track smoothness that affectthe traffic safety seriously, and the high precision digital track testing equipment hasbeen used widely under the background.This article briefly introduces the development and status of the track detectiontechnology, designs a "工"-type structure high-speed turnout integrated inspectioninstrument that is different from "T" type structure of track inspection car through theanalysis of the defects of the current track inspection products, and analyzes themeasurement uncertainty of its various measurements.High-speed turnout integrated inspection instrument is designed based on the"T" type structure of track inspection car of Jiangxi Everbright Railway EquipmentDevelopment Co., combined with the principle of absolute and relative measurementdetection, can accurate measurement gauge, level, track profile, alignment, mileageand other orbital internal geometry parameters, and external parameters such as trackcenterline coordinates. The high-speed turnout integrated inspection instrument usethe "工" type mechanical structure, can directly measure the gauge, level, eliminatingfake gauges, fake level and other issues of the "T"-type structure due to the radius ofcurvature of the lines produced. In the three-dimensional detection, the high-speedturnout integrated inspection instrument uses the forced centering agency whichmakes the center of the spherical prism moment at the centerline of the orbit, canrealize rail Central Line coordinates measurement directly through the cooperating ofthe prism and total station.The article is focused on the analysis of each measuring project of thehigh-speed turnout integrated inspection instrument. First of all, it introduces thewhole design thought of the high-speed turnout integrated inspection instrument andits measuring project, according to the high precision and the high stability requirements to choose the best sensor, and establish the corresponding measurementmodel for each project, at the same time this paper expounds the measuring principleof the measurement model and analyzes the reasons of measuring true gauge, level;Secondly, the article analyze the general structure of the high-speed turnout integratedinspection instrument, containing the analysis of the mechanical structure of theoverall structure and each individual test module and the analysis of the hardwaresystem; Finally, the article details the error sources of the high-speed turnoutintegrated inspection instrument and their influence on the measurement results, thenputs forward some measures compensate for the error. In addition, this article makesthe evaluation of measurement uncertainty of the main parameters after the analysisof various measurement module and analyses the precision of the track centerlinemeasurements. The results of Evaluation and analysis showed that the high-speedturnout integrated inspection instrument meets the requirements of the "TB/T3147-2012railway track inspection instrument", and some precision have a bigimprove compared with "T" type structure of track inspection products at present.
